The theme of the meeting was "Listening Without Barriers, Let Love Be Heard," aiming to further bridge the communication gap, enhance service quality, and ensure that assistance policies and measures truly benefit every person with a disability.
At the meeting, representatives from Shunyi Unicom introduced in detail a series of special services and products tailored for persons with disabilities, including barrier-free communication packages, customized smartphones, and dedicated customer service hotlines. These services are designed to address the practical difficulties faced by persons with disabilities in daily communication, information access, and emergency assistance, leveraging technological innovation to empower their lives.
A key highlight of this communication meeting was the provision of professional sign language translation and text transcription services throughout the event. This ensured that hearing-impaired participants could fully understand the meeting content and express their opinions and demands smoothly, truly achieving "listening without barriers." This thoughtful arrangement received high recognition and warm feedback from the attendees.
Representatives of persons with disabilities actively spoke at the meeting, sharing their experiences and challenges in using communication services, and putting forward specific opinions and suggestions regarding network coverage, service fees, and after-sales support.
